Flagpoles - Astabandera

		The flagpole is fabricated from A36 carbon steel plate of different thicknesses. The plate is bent to form a cylinder of the required diameter.
		It is then arc welded on its seams and the inner reinforcement plates are placed and welded.
		The 3"ø anchor bolts (10ft long) are set in a 2" thick leveling plate that goes into the foundation. A 1 1/2" thick base plate initiates the flagpole, continuing with a ring plate and gussets.
		The anchor bolts are fabricated with high strength steel. They are embedded in concrete, perfectly aligned by the leveling plate, thus providing the necessary tolerance for a successful erection.
		The pole is shop fabricated in sections of approximately 33 ft.. This sections are then field assembled and welded taking extreme care in a proper alignment, using filler rings of the necessary thickness to absorb the difference between diameters of each section.
		A 24"ø pipe is used as an erection device, properly reinforced. At the end this device is removed.
