| The flagpole is fabricated from A36 carbon steel plate of different thicknesses. The plate is bent to form a cylinder of the required diameter. | ||
| It is then arc welded on its seams and the inner reinforcement plates are placed and welded. | ||
|
The 3"ø anchor bolts (10ft long) are set in a 2" thick leveling plate that goes into the foundation. A 1 1/2" thick base plate initiates the flagpole, continuing with a ring plate and gussets. |

The anchor bolts are fabricated with high strength steel. They are embedded in concrete, perfectly aligned by the leveling plate, thus providing the necessary tolerance for a successful erection. |

| The pole is shop fabricated in sections of approximately 33 ft.. This sections are then field assembled and welded taking extreme care in a proper alignment, using filler rings of the necessary thickness to absorb the difference between diameters of each section. | ||
|
A 24"ø pipe is used as an erection device, properly reinforced. At the end this device is removed. |
